Forever Young

Somebody has uploaded a video of Forever Young, one of the brilliant new songs Madness will be putting on their next album.

I couldn't find the lyrics posted elsewhere on the web so I've transcribed them myself (using my CD copy of the Astoria sound desk recording because the audio on the Youtube video is a bit ambiguous in places):
Oh
There was a time when I was younger
When all the nights and days seemed so long
And every day just getting stronger
Like a sunflower in the sun
In the sun
Well Mr Moon is counting backwards
Making the waters ebb and flow
And all the things we could and should've done
My friends
All regrets well they'll just come and go
And go
So stay forever young
Don't you do what I have done
Oh stay forever young
Before paradise lost
And innocence gone
See the freshness in your young face
Like a candle in the gloom
The brightness in your smiling eyes
Well they're lighting up the room
The whole darn room
So stay forever young
And don't you do what I have done
Oh stay forever young
Before paradise lost
And innocence gone
Oh stay forever young
Don't you do what I have done
Oh stay forever young
Before paradise lost
And innocence gone
Paradise lost
And innocence gone
