New layout

I've been playing about a bit with my Livejournal and I've come up with a layout (Bloggish/Minimalist with some custom tweaks) that looks reasonably OK to me in Safari 2.0 and Firefox 2.0 on OSX. Can those of you with access to other platforms/browsers give it a try please and let me know if it breaks horribly?

I already know there is a problem where memes with fixed-layout tables sometimes wind up overlapping the entry userpic (I don't think the problem is unique to this particular layout BTW), but I haven't figured out how to fix it yet.

Comments

ie5 - very clean!
(the only thing I've just noticed is that it squidges the comment posting area into quite a narrow space, and some of the options notes get split between lines)
I'm guessing your browser window is quite narrow? Getting the layout to behave at a wide range of window widths without resorting to Javascript proved rather awkward. The design originally used fixed widths for everything, which looked rubbish at anything other than the exact window size the designer used. I eventually wound up removing the calendar module because it looked terrible unless you gave it a fixed width and hoped the user didn't change the font size.
Looks nice to me. I like clean and unfussy.
Thanks :)
